Reformer Pilates

LPHF uses state of the art reformer beds with weighted springs to provide resistance while performing various sitting, lying, and balancing movements. Our classes focus on strengthening the arms, legs, and core, while also improving posture, flexibility, and power.


Whether you are a beginner or at the intermediate/advanced level our classes are created to challenge you and help you reach your fitness goals. Don't forget to bring your grippy socks, which can be purchased at LPHF.


As a new client, it is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes.

HIIT FIIT

A dynamic fast-paced group fitness class designed to enhance both your strength and cardiovascular fitness levels in just 45 minutes. The class incorporates a combination of exercises utilising barbells, body weight movements, and cardio elements to elevate your heart rate and challenge your entire body. For all levels of fitness. Don’t forget your drink bottle and a towel.

Strength and Conditioning

This 1 hour class typically includes a combination of resistance training, weightlifting, and cardiovascular exercises to target different aspects of fitness. This workout can be beneficial for all ages and fitness levels, as the intensity and difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted to match each individual’s abilities.

Infrared Sauna

Recover, Rest & Recharge in our spacious, state-of-the-art infrared sauna. LPHF offers a “dry” sauna that utilises infrared lamps to therapeutically warm your body directly. This method induces a deep, healthy sweat while the environment maintains a comfortable temperature. Infrared saunas can be used at much lower temperature (between 49°C and 70°C) than traditional saunas and have much lower levels of humidity as well.

Ice Bath

The practice of using ice baths to relieve sore muscles goes back decades.


Add a cold plunge to the end of your workout or add the cold plunge to your sauna experience to see some enhanced benefits of combining fire and ice. Our ice bath is set to 6 - 10 deg.


Ice baths have proven to help reduce inflammation, enhance your mood, focus and further improve your recovery.
