Hi, I’m Alison (Ali), the Owner and Coach at Long Point Health & Fitness. I am dedicated to helping individuals stay active and move more often.


In 2018, I transitioned from a career in Finance as a Chartered Accountant to the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Coach. While I once focused on corporate financial wealth, I now devote my efforts to promoting the physical health and fitness of my clients. My aim to create a space where the community feel safe, comfortable and motivated to continue to come train in.


Having trained a diverse range of clients, I understand that each person’s body is unique. My goal is to ensure that every client achieves the ideal balance of strength and flexibility, contributing to a longer, healthier, and happier life. I genuinely love what I do.


I personally know how fitness has changed my life and I’m excited to be able to share my knowledge and skills to help others experience similar benefits. Exercise not only transforms the body but also enhances mental clarity, attitude, and mood.

Yvonne fell in love with pilates for not only its physical benefits, but also mental and most of all the community that comes with it. Her passion is to create a fun and inclusive environment where clients can feel safe, empowered and leave feeling strong in the mind and body.

Jasmine enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge for health and fitness by guiding people through movement. She encourages and uplifts her clients bringing a sense of joy to movement.


Jasmine’s goal is to help you to feel amazing after each and every class. Taking the time out for you to reconnect within, connecting the mind with the body and the breath bringing a sense of balance.
